I had a really rough edge to one of my front teeth, which made eating ice cream a less than pleasant experience, so I tried a toothpaste called BlanX Biorepair, which you can get in most chemist shops (Boots stock it).
Wow, what a result! After using for a few weeks, my front tooth is as smooth as silk. I can’t stop running my tongue over it to feel how smooth it is. I don’t know how this stuff works, but it really does the trick. Also, it doesn’t have fluoride in it, so those who don’t like that particular substance (too much is bad for kids, apparently), that’s an added bonus.
